Laura Baker-Norris has taught dance for 26 years and is celebration her 12th anniversary as the proud owner of All That Dance. Under her direction, ATD has grown each year in its artistic vision, enrollment, and peer recognition.

Laura enjoys sharing her passion for dance with her students and each child holds a special place in her heart. She is proud to help her students build confidence as they grow into wonderful dancers and young adults. Many of Laura's former students have continued dancing in college and professionally, while others have successful careers in different fields. She is proud of all of them!

Ballet Master

Freddie Fourie was born in Pretoria, South Africa and was a professional dancer with the Dayton Ballet for seven years.

He began his training at the Judith Lee Johnson Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Freddie also attended The School of The American Ballet in New York. In 1996, he moved to Orlando to train with Russel Sultzback at the School of Performing Arts.

Jennifer Linebaugh began her dance training at the age of three and danced competitively until she graduated high school. At the age of 18 Jennifer began working as a dance instructor at All That Dance teaching a variety of dance styles. She attended Wright State University in Ohio where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Master’s Degree in Education. While in college Jennifer was part of a collegiate dance team where she competed nationally and gained experience in pom, jazz and hip hop. After graduating, Jennifer worked as a special education teacher, and continued working as dance instructor and choreographer. Jennifer has choreographed for high school dance teams, musicals and show choirs. Jennifer has worked for Nexstar Dance Competition and COA Cheer and Dance where she traveled across the United States instructing summer dance camps. Jennifer has almost 20 years experience instructing dance and choreographing a variety of styles. Throughout the years she has choreographed many award winning routines in the competitive dance world. Currently Jennifer is a full time dance instructor and choreographer for dancers of all ages. Jennifer has a passion for teaching children and hopes to continue coaching and inspiring young performers to love the art of dance.

Jasmine Getz is from Chicago, Illinois and began dancing at the age of 3. Jasmine started her dance journey through Dixon Dance Academy and The Edge Dance Academy. She split her time between competitive dancing and her ballet training and eventually followed her dream of becoming a professional ballet dancer. While pursing her passion for dance, she also discovered her passion for teaching and choreography and has been actively teaching and setting choreography for several years.

Her pre-professional ballet training began at Faubourg school of Ballet under the direction of Tatyana Mazur. She then continued at the Joffrey Ballet in their pre-professional division and trainee program From 2015-2018. Jasmine has worked with a multitude of choreographers that include Nilas Martins from the Balanchine trust, Adam Hougland, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Paul Boo from the Balanchine Trust, and Omar Roman. From 2019-2021 she joined Ballet Austin’s second company for 3 years. Some of her professional credits include roles in the Grand Pas from Paquita and Les Syphilde staged by Michelle Martin, Stephen Mills’ The Nutcracker and Giselle, George Balanchine’s Rubies, August Bournonville’s Napoli divertissements, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Limoncello, Arpino’s Light Rain, Karen Russo Burke’s Dracula, and Adam Hougland’s Cold Virtues.

Jasmine is grateful and excited to be teaching at All That Dance and dancing with Dayton Ballet as a company member for her 4th season.

Jasmine is excited to be investing her time in the studio and students at All That Dance. She hopes that her extensive knowledge in ballet will bring a strong foundation and allow all the dancers to grow in all aspects of their dancing.

Lukas Pringle is originally from Carmel, Indiana, and began his dance training at Central Indiana Academy of Dance at the age of 3. He began his pre-professional training with Kansas City Ballet when he was 17. After two years with Kansas City Lukas joined Richmond Ballet’s second company. As a Richmond Ballet II member, he performed with the company in pieces such as Journey, Cinderella, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, and George Balanchine's Who Cares?

After two years with Richmond Ballet, Lukas joined Dayton Ballet in 2019 and is currently still dancing with the company. His professional credits include performing lead roles in classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Dracula, Cinderella, Nutcracker, Butterly Suite, and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. He also performed Confetti, Valse Fantasy and Light Rain staged by The Balanchine Trust.

During Dayton Ballet seasons, some of his professional mixed repertory credits include Harry Houdini in Penny Saunder’s Ghost Light, Ma Cong’s Calling, Ron Cunningham’s Great Gatsby as Jay Gatsby, Amy Seiwert’s Chasing Ghosts, and Steven Mill’s Five Flights Up.

Cathy Cardona began teaching at All That Dance in 2010. She began her dance training at age three in Chicago which led her to become a competitive dancer at age 8. Through her competitive years she won several regional and national titles and had the opportunity to travel all over the country to learn from some of the industry's top dancers and choreographers.

She began as an assistant teacher at age sixteen, and has been teaching her own classes and choreographing since 1999. Cathy was also an All Star and instructor with Universal Cheer Association as well as a scholarship member of the Wright State Emerald Jazz dance team. Cathy has taught tap, jazz, musical theater, ballet, and lyrical throughout her teaching career.

Cathy currently resides in Springboro with her husband and daughter. Her husband serves as inspiration in her teaching as he is also a former performer with the Dayton Ballet and also teaches tap at All That Dance.

Alyssa Jagodzinski grew up in Middletown, Ohio and began dancing at the age of four. She spent the following fourteen years training at All That Dance. Alyssa furthered her training at the Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a performance/choreography focus and a minor in Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness. She has performed in several faculty and student works through the Ohio State Dance Department, including those choreographed by Crystal Michelle Perkins, Momar Ndaiye, Susan Petry, and Edward Taketa. She also choreographed and performed a solo work for her BFA thesis project.


Alyssa performed and choreographed works through the student organization Dance Connection at Ohio State. She served as President for the organization during the 2022-2023 school year, where she led rehearsals and produced semester performances. In the summers of 2022 and 

2023, she performed and served as Dance Captain in Kings Island’s Off the Rails stunt show in collaboration with All Wheel Sports. She hopes to continue sharing her love for dance and growing within the artform as she pursues work in the field as a dancer, choreographer, and educator.

Claire started dance at age four and came to All That Dance in 2005. She started on the competition team with Jen as her first dance teacher and continued at All That Dance until I graduated in 2018. Her first year at Bowling Green State University she was on the dance team and competed on their UDA Nationals team. Claire also participated in University Dance Alliance starting in her spring semester freshman year. As a senior, she was the president of this organization and was able to put on 2 in-person shows. She also took part in the dance program's repertoire concerts her junior and senior year at BGSU.

Kayla is a Graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, and has her integrated studies degree in Musical Theatre, Dance, Acting, and Singing. This is her 3rd year teaching at All That Dance. Kayla has been dancing competitively since the age of 4,and has student taught/choreographed since the age of 13.Besides dance, Kayla has taught Show Choir, Cheerleading, Voice, Acting, and has helped choreograph musicals and show choir throughout numerous schools in Ohio. Some of her theatre credits include: The Little Rascals, West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Anything Goes, Damn Yankees, Once Upon a Mattress, Suessical, The Wiz, and Cinderella. She also directed, choreographed, and performed in Cabaret, as well as directed, choreographed, and danced in an original written piece based on the 7 deadly sins in New York. Kayla is a Lead Teacher for Early Head Start at the Middletown Early Learning Center. She is currently double majoring in Psychological Science and Criminal Justice at Miami University to obtain her Master's degree in Social Work and Forensic Science.

Olivia Fisher received her BPA in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University, where she was a 4 year member of the American Spirit Dance Company. Olivia choreographs and judges throughout the USA and she teaches jazz, lyrical, and contemporary dance.

Olivia hopes to instill the love of dance in her students through her passion for the art of choreography. Olivia performed in Peter Pan (Tiger Lily), West Side Story (Consuela), Cats (Victoria), Hairspray (Tammy), Damn Yankees (The Nerd), White Christmas, and Seussical the Musical. Olivia's other credits include American Spirit Touring Company, Graveyard Shift and Dick Foster's Spellbound at King's Island, The Humanly Weathering of Love with Dare to Be Soul Dance Company, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's "Imagine" Gala.

Kristina began dancing at the age of 2 and has been a part of All That Dance for 9 years. She was a member of the 2021 NFL Ben-Gals Cheerleading team and had the opportunity to perform in the Super Bowl. Kristina previously danced with Norwegian Cruise Lines performing in the shows Rock You Tonight and World Beat. She previously worked for Masquerade Dance competition as the backstage director. Kristina has trained with the Radio City Rockettes at their invitation only summer intensives. She has also performed in Dayton Ballets Nutcracker. Kristina is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

Manny began taking dance classes at the age of 8 and has been teaching and choreographing since he was 16. While he was still taking classes, Manny won numerous awards and titles throughout the competition industry including Master Dance of Ohio, and performed and toured with the Dayton Ballet. Manny has performed in multiple shows including "The Wiz," "Grease," and "Damn Yankees" as well as various ballets, including "Romeo and Juliet," "The Nutcracker," "Sleeping Beauty," and "American Cinderella." Manny has an undeniable affinity for the style of tap that began when he was a teenager. He has had the opportunity to take classes from some of the most gifted tap dancers and continues to study the art now. His tap choreography has been awarded at competitions throughout the years with a variety of overall awards and judges awards.
